Returns & Refunds Policy

We understand that sometimes you might choose the wrong size or simply change your mind.

• Items may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty.

Your gear should arrive in perfect condition. If it doesn’t:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the fault.

• We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including postage) once the fault is confirmed.

   • Your full name

   • Order number

   • Reason for return

2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the correct return address.

3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your exchange, store credit, or refund within 5 business days.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method only.

• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
